Recognizing Common Delivery Scams
- Fake Payment Requests: Fraudsters sending unsolicited messages demanding fee payments for packages you did not order.
- Unofficial Numbers: Callers pretending to be SICCA riders asking for advance mobile money transfers to non-official business accounts.
- Phishing Websites: Fake websites mimicking our tracking portal to collect credit card details. Always check that the URL matches our official domain.
How to Verify Official Riders
All official SICCA riders display brand purple uniforms, official identification, and can confirm your booking reference (e.g. SIC-XXXX) upon arrival.
Reporting Suspicious Activity
If you suspect fraudulent activity or receive a suspicious call claiming to represent SICCA Logistics, immediately report it to our dispatch security desk at +233 55 287 0437 or email siccasdeliveryservices@gmail.com.
