• Sender & Recipient Name, Phone Number, and Physical Address / Digital Address (GH Post GPS).
• Package descriptions and special delivery instructions.
• System usage logs, IP address, and browser data when accessing our online tracking portal.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your data is strictly utilized for core dispatch fulfillment:

• Dispatching riders for pickup and delivery routing.
• Sending automated SMS and email tracking notifications regarding parcel status updates.
• Preventing fraudulent bookings and verifying recipient identity upon parcel hand-off.

3. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or trade customer personal data to third-party advertisers. Information is shared only with verified internal dispatch personnel, assigned riders, and mandatory telecom gateway partners (SMS gateways) strictly required to execute your shipment.

All transaction and tracking records are securely encrypted in compliance with Ghana Data Protection Act guidelines. Personal contact details associated with completed deliveries are retained only for accounting and audit compliance requirements.
